All prices are F.O.B
All products offered are intended only for laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary use.
We will use reasonable efforts in order to avoid infringement of third party patent claims, however, it is important for all buyers and end-users to perform their own intellectual property search and understand the restrictions for use in their own area.
We makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of the chemicals herein, except that the material will meet our specifications at the time of delivery. Buyer's exclusive remedy and we sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at our option, the replacement of all material that does not meet our specifications. We shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on buyer giving written notice to us within seven days after arrival of the material at its destination. Failure of buyer to give said notice within said seven days shall constitute a waiver by buyer of all claims here under with respect to said material.
Payment
We accept wire transfer. Bank fees and wire transfer fees are not to be deducted from invoice amount.
